Purpose

The Financial Line is intended exclusively for financing the Own Contribution of Financial Intermediaries who will provide loans under IF FEWL 21-27.

Who Can Apply?

An application for the Financial Line may be submitted by a Financial Intermediary acting as an independent contractor or as part of a consortium with other entities.

Basic Parameters:

• Amount: up to 100% of the minimum required financial Own Contribution of the Financial Intermediary, including the right of option under the relevant part of the contract.
• Disbursement method: by transfer in instalments to the Financial Intermediary’s account for Financial Line disbursements
• Interest rate: variable – in line with the European Commission’s communication on revising the method for setting reference and discount rates (OJ C 14 of 19.1.2008, p. 6).
